Responsibility
- Welcome and assist guests at the reception desk, providing a warm and professional first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
- Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to the highest standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring their needs are met with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including handling special requests and resolving any issues.
- Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and staff.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay updated with industry best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or housekeeping is a plus.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, reception, or a related role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of a 24/7 hospitality environment.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and the ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, with accommodation provided for out-of-town candidates.
