Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the staff cafeteria, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage and mentor a team of hospitality staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and safety standards to uphold The Wok People’s reputation.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and high-quality food delivery.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local regulations.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and supplies to optimize cost efficiency.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a cafeteria or restaurant setting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in inventory management and budgeting.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
