Responsibility

  • Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.

  • Serve meals and drinks promptly, adhering to high standards of presentation and hygiene.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environment, including table settings and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders.
  • Handle guest inquiries and special requests with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Process payments accurately and manage cash/credit transactions with integrity.
  • Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality, preferably in upscale restaurants or hotels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including wine and cocktail pairings.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and splitting bills.
