Responsibility
- Oversee daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of front office staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high performance standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, including personalized welcome experiences and resolution of guest concerns.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and coordination with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, spa services) to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and feedback to improve service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards in all front office procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue opportunities.
- Represent the spa in a professional manner, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front office management role, preferably in a luxury spa, hotel, or wellness center.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
