Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage front desk operations, including reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and resolution.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to deliver flawless service and address guest needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to provide personalized recommendations to guests.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions using property management systems (PMS).
- Uphold brand standards for appearance, cleanliness, and service excellence in all front office areas.
- Assist in training new team members and contribute to team meetings to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front office, reception, or customer service roles within the hospitality industry.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse guests.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a calm, composed approach under pressure.
- Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) is advantageous.
- Impeccable grooming, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and late hours.
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
