As an Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple hospitality locations, ensuring adherence to company standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion in Bali’s competitive tourism sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Conduct regular site visits and performance audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance service offerings and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure profitability and sustainability.
  • Leverage Mandarin language skills to engage with Chinese-speaking clients, partners, and tourists, enhancing customer experience and business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to proactively adapt strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a regional or area manager role.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and team leadership in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across assigned locations in Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
  • Familiarity with hospitality management software (e.g., PMS, CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
