Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle dining reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests to optimize guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of transactions and guest interactions.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Assist in organizing and promoting resort events, dining specials, and loyalty programs.
- Uphold resort policies, safety standards, and hygiene protocols in all guest-facing areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front desk, reception, or dining service roles (hotel/resort experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail in multitasking environments.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and basic POS systems for dining operations.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is advantageous.
- Neat, professional appearance and adherence to resort grooming standards.
