Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to meet luxury hospitality standards.
- Ensure all linens, towels, and amenities are replenished and presented according to brand guidelines.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or deficiencies to the maintenance team.
- Adhere to strict health, safety, and hygiene protocols to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or special accommodations.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to prioritize tasks and maintain efficient workflow during peak occupancy.
- Use eco-friendly cleaning products and methods where applicable to support sustainability initiatives.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when stock needs replenishing.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel, resort, or luxury serviced apartment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering flawless results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and safety procedures.
- Professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
