Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in hospitality management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
  • Proven track record of leading teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments (e.g., restaurants, hotels, or resorts).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric mindset with a focus on detail.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
