Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health/safety protocols.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions to uphold service excellence and team morale.
- Monitor budget adherence and cost control measures without compromising quality or guest experience.
- Represent the brand at industry events, networking opportunities, and community engagements to enhance visibility.
- Stay updated on hospitality trends and best practices, proposing innovative ideas to elevate the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in hospitality management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Proven track record of leading teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments (e.g., restaurants, hotels, or resorts).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric mindset with a focus on detail.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
