Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of greeters and floor staff to maintain world-class service standards.
- Oversee guest arrivals, departures, and overall front-of-house operations with professionalism.
- Ensure seamless coordination between departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and discreetly, turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Train and develop staff on hospitality best practices and company protocols.
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements to exceed guest expectations.
- Collaborate with management to optimize operational efficiency and guest flow.
- Uphold brand standards in appearance, communication, and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Japanese, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
