Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a team of greeters and floor staff to maintain world-class service standards.
  • Oversee guest arrivals, departures, and overall front-of-house operations with professionalism.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and discreetly, turning challenges into positive experiences.
  • Train and develop staff on hospitality best practices and company protocols.
  • Monitor service quality and implement improvements to exceed guest expectations.
  • Collaborate with management to optimize operational efficiency and guest flow.
  • Uphold brand standards in appearance, communication, and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Japanese, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
  • Experience in high-end hotels, resorts, or fine-dining establishments preferred.
  • Basic computer literacy for reporting and scheduling.
