Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and beverages according to standard recipes.
- Brew and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry.
- Engage with guests, providing friendly and attentive service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure seamless operations.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender, barista, or in a similar role (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation and coffee brewing techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
