Responsibility
- Assist senior chefs in food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and ready for use in daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion controls to minimize waste and ensure consistency.
- Support the team in receiving, inspecting, and storing deliveries to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Assist in basic cooking tasks such as chopping, peeling, and marinating under the guidance of senior staff.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to uphold the highest kitchen standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations (training provided for beginners).
- Passion for cooking and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in the kitchen.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).

- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
