As the Club General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of club operations, from team leadership and financial performance to member engagement and strategic development. Based in Bali’s most sought-after areas—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll work in a fast-paced, luxury-driven environment where your leadership will directly impact the club’s success and reputation.
Responsibility
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive club membership growth, retention, and revenue.
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, vendors, and local stakeholders to enhance the club’s reputation.
- Implement innovative marketing and promotional strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and licensing regulations for club operations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to position the club as a leader in Bali’s hospitality scene.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to align club operations with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in club, hotel, or luxury hospitality management, with a track record of success in leadership roles.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and revenue optimization.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Deep understanding of member-driven businesses, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with Bali’s hospitality market and cultural nuances is highly advantageous.
