Responsibility
- Process and manage complex corporate travel bookings using Sabre GDS with precision and efficiency.
- Provide 24/7 support to corporate clients during UK night shifts, ensuring all travel needs are met promptly.
- Collaborate with global teams to coordinate multi-leg itineraries, accommodations, and transportation arrangements.
- Resolve travel-related issues, including rebookings, cancellations, and last-minute changes, with a customer-first approach.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all bookings, client preferences, and travel policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, airline policies, and destination-specific travel advisories.
- Deliver personalized travel solutions tailored to the unique needs of corporate clients.
- Ensure compliance with company and client travel policies and procedural guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role, with Sabre GDS certification.
- Proven track record of handling complex, high-volume travel bookings for corporate clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work night shifts (UK time zone) with a high degree of reliability and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
