Responsibility

  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Address guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing personalized assistance and solutions.
  • Operate the cashiering system, process payments, and maintain financial records in compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, upholding the hotel’s brand standards.
  • Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Support administrative tasks, including filing, reporting, and inventory management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a front desk, customer service, or hospitality role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic office tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and services in Bali is an advantage.
