Responsibility
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the retail outlet, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, financial performance, and inventory levels to optimize profitability.
- Train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee merchandising, visual presentation, and promotional activities to enhance the outlet’s appeal.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards in the hospitality and retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail or outlet management, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or luxury goods sector.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, meeting targets, and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering premium service experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
