Responsibility
- Operate and maintain Fuji SMT, SPI, and AOI equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve issues related to equipment functionality and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and calibration of equipment to meet industry standards and company specifications.
- Develop and maintain documentation for equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on equipment operation and best practices.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all manufacturing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SMT, SPI, and AOI equipment operation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of Fuji SMT machines and automated optical inspection systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with industry standards and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
