Responsibility
- Collaborate with engineers and managers to design, develop, and implement productivity improvement projects for M-Site operations.
- Analyze existing plant layouts and workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose optimization strategies.
- Assist in the deployment of lean manufacturing principles, including 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping.
- Conduct time and motion studies to evaluate process efficiency and recommend improvements.
- Support the implementation of automation and digitalization initiatives to enhance operational performance.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project progress, findings, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, cycle time, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in all engineering activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or process improvement roles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software for plant layout design.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, statistical analysis, and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with time studies, work measurement, and process simulation is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
