Responsibility
- Assist in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of ground support equipment and aviation facilities.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on technical systems and infrastructure.
- Support the implementation of engineering projects, including upgrades and modifications to existing systems.
- Document technical procedures, maintenance logs, and incident reports accurately.
- Provide on-site technical support during operational disruptions or emergencies.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior technicians and staff.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in aviation engineering.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aviation Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, or technical support roles (aviation or industrial experience is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, or mechanical equipment is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, as required.
