Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of mechanical engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to optimize mechanical systems and processes.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment and systems.
- Ensure compliance with local and international engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and cost analyses.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution to minimize downtime and delays.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to support team development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on project management.
- Proven track record of managing engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including ISO, ASME, and local building codes.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
