Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategies and standards for architectural projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure BIM models are accurately integrated into project workflows.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM models, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Conduct clash detection and resolution to minimize on-site conflicts and enhance construction efficiency.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior BIM coordinators and project teams on BIM software and best practices.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to optimize designs for constructability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Generate and analyze BIM reports to support decision-making and project planning.
- Stay abreast of emerging BIM technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement in our processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in the architecture or construction industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and ArchiCAD.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with clash detection, model coordination, and BIM execution planning.
- Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
