Responsibility
- Prepare and cook a variety of teppanyaki dishes (e.g., beef, seafood, vegetables) with precision and flair, adhering to authentic recipes and presentation standards.
- Deliver an engaging and interactive dining experience through live cooking performances, including knife tricks and entertaining guest interactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless order execution and timely delivery of dishes.
- Monitor ingredient inventory and communicate supply needs to the kitchen manager to avoid shortages.
- Customize dishes based on guest preferences, dietary restrictions, or special requests while maintaining quality and consistency.

Qualifications
