Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose technical issues using specialized tools and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to install, test, and calibrate new equipment or systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to create a hazard-free work environment.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff or cross-functional teams as needed.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or modifications to improve efficiency.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly and resolve issues with minimal disruption to operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Technician in manufacturing, industrial, or maintenance settings.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, hydraulics, or pneumatics.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and other technical equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a plus; basic Indonesian is beneficial.
