Responsibility
- Plan, develop, and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to define product specifications and features.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
- Oversee product testing, quality assurance, and compliance with industry standards.
- Create compelling product documentation, including technical manuals and marketing materials.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product engineering, development, or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of product design, prototyping, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and product lifecycle management (PLM) tools.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with market research tools and techniques is a plus.
