Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate all low-voltage (LV) electrical installations, maintenance, and repair activities in compliance with Indonesian electrical regulations.
- Ensure strict adherence to A0/A1 Chargeman safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
- Lead a team of electricians and technicians, providing technical guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of LV electrical systems, switchgear, and control panels.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment failures and downtime.
- Liaise with government authorities (e.g., PLN, ESDM) for permits, inspections, and compliance certifications.
- Prepare technical reports, work orders, and documentation for audits and management review.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize electrical system performance and energy efficiency.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Valid A0 or A1 Chargeman Certification issued by the Indonesian Directorate General of Electricity (Ditjen Ketenagalistrikan).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor or LV Chargeman in industrial, manufacturing, or similar environments.
- Proven expertise in LV switchgear, motor control centers (MCC), transformers, and electrical distribution systems.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian electrical codes (PUIL, SNI) and international standards (IEC, NFPA 70E).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing tools (e.g., megohmmeter, insulation tester, power analyzer).
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali with occasional travel to other project sites.
