Responsibility
- Lead test operations for semiconductor products, ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.
- Develop and optimize test processes to improve efficiency, yield, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and resolve test-related issues.
- Design and implement automation solutions for test workflows using scripting and software tools.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on test methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for semiconductor testing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test coverage and reduce time-to-market.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor test operations or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor testing methodologies, including ATPG, BIST, and functional testing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or LabVIEW for test automation.
- Experience with test equipment (e.g., ATE, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers) and test data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with global teams.
- Familiarity with ISO, JEDEC, or other industry standards is a plus.
