Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure product reliability and compliance.
- Conduct thorough testing and inspection of semiconductor components to identify defects and areas for improvement.

- Document and report quality metrics, test results, and compliance data to stakeholders.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality processes and reduce defects.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards.
- Experience with testing equipment and software for semiconductor components.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
