Responsibility
- Oversee and manage civil and structural implementation projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
- Develop and conduct methodology training for construction teams to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance with best practices.
- Implement rigorous quality control measures to monitor workmanship, materials, and structural integrity throughout all project phases.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, as-built drawings, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure schedule adherence by identifying potential delays, mitigating risks, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Conduct site inspections and technical assessments to verify structural stability and regulatory compliance.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives to address on-site challenges and propose innovative, cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on civil/structural implementation.
- Proven expertise in construction methodologies, quality control, and project documentation.
- Strong knowledge of local and international building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or similar engineering software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and sustainable construction practices is advantageous.
