Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Supervise and train maintenance teams to uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Develop and execute maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues and propose cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ISO standards, and company policies for mechanical systems.
- Document maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repair histories for auditing and improvement.
- Recommend and oversee the procurement of spare parts and upgrades to enhance machinery reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PMP, CMMS) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in machine maintenance, production supervision, or manufacturing engineering.
- Proven expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems used in industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and predictive maintenance tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex mechanical failures.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
