Responsibility
- Lead and manage M&E, ACMV, and Cleanroom projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and feasibility studies to identify potential challenges and propose mitigation strategies.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents for accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E and ACMV systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Implement and enforce safety, health, and environmental (SHE) protocols on-site to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site personnel to foster skill development and team cohesion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.E., PMP) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on M&E, ACMV, or Cleanroom systems in commercial, industrial, or healthcare sectors.
- Proven track record of managing site-based projects from design to handover, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, or other engineering software, as well as MS Project or Primavera for project scheduling.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, ASHRAE standards, and cleanroom classification (ISO 14644).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a willingness to travel to project sites across Bali.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous but not required.
