Join HKSM Sports Sdn Bhd as a Process Industrial Engineer (PIE/NPI) and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence in our expanding manufacturing operations. This position focuses on leading the process setup, transfer, and continuous improvement of production lines from our Hong Kong and China facilities to our new hub in Bali, Indonesia.

Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end process transfer from Hong Kong/China to Bali, including equipment relocation, line setup, and validation.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Conduct time-motion studies, capacity analysis, and workflow optimization to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Quality) to ensure smooth NPI (New Product Introduction) and scalability.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in production through data-driven root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for process performance, including yield, cycle time, and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
- Drive cost-saving initiatives by optimizing material usage, labor allocation, and energy consumption.
- Ensure compliance with international quality standards (ISO, QMS) and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or NPI within a high-volume production environment.
- Proven track record in process transfer, line setup, and continuous improvement projects.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies (Green Belt/Black Belt certification preferred).
- Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Minitab) and ERP/MES systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with occasional travel to regional sites.
