Responsibility
- Supervise and manage all electrical installations, maintenance, and repair works in compliance with PUIL (Peraturan Umum Instalasi Listrik) and local regulations.
- Lead a team of electricians and technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, including switchgears, transformers, motors, and control panels, to prevent downtime and hazards.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
- Prepare and submit technical reports, risk assessments, and compliance documentation to management and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, HSE) to ensure seamless operations and project execution.
- Oversee the procurement of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to specifications.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory changes in electrical engineering.
Qualifications
- Valid Chargeman License (A0/A1) issued by the Indonesian Directorate General of Electricity (PLN/Ditjen Ketenagalistrikan).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, supervision, or project management within manufacturing, industrial, or commercial sectors.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of electricians and technicians.
- Strong knowledge of PUIL, PUIL 2011, and other Indonesian electrical safety standards.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in Denpasar, Bali, with flexibility for occasional travel or on-call duties.
