Responsibility

  • Monitor and maintain production line operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics, to streamline processes and resolve operational challenges.
  • Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, to enhance production workflows.
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend preventive maintenance measures.
  • Document production data, including output metrics, defects, and process deviations, to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff or operators to improve overall team performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or automation systems.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using production monitoring tools, ERP systems, or MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
