As a Field Application Engineer, you will serve as the technical bridge between our advanced electronic systems and our clients, ensuring seamless integration, optimal performance, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our engineering and sales teams to provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting, while also gathering valuable feedback to drive product improvements.
Based in the vibrant and culturally rich regions of Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, this role is perfect for professionals who thrive in a hands-on, client-facing environment and are passionate about technology and innovation.
Responsibility
- Provide on-site technical support and training to clients on the use and maintenance of electronic systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our electronic systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Gather and document client feedback to inform product development and improvements.
- Develop and deliver technical training materials and documentation for clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to provide expert advice and solutions.
- Travel to client sites across Bali and other regions as required to support installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical support or field engineering role, preferably in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of electronic systems, circuit design, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites across Bali and other regions.
- Proficient in using technical software and tools for diagnostics and problem-solving.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
