Responsibility
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
- Design and optimize production layouts, workflows, and equipment configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and optimize resource utilization.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all manufacturing processes.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and production systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software, process simulation tools, and data analysis.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex production issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing and safety.
