Responsibility
- Develop, optimize, and maintain secondary manufacturing processes including ultrasonic welding, laser engraving, and hot melting.
- Monitor and improve process efficiency, yield, and quality to meet production targets and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality Assurance, Production) to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
- Conduct process validation, testing, and documentation in compliance with ISO 13485, FDA, and other medical device regulations.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices for process execution and safety protocols.
- Analyze process data and generate reports to support decision-making and process enhancements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in medical device manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 0-3 years of experience in process engineering, medical device manufacturing, or a similar role (internships count!).
- Knowledge of secondary manufacturing processes (ultrasonic welding, laser engraving, hot melting) is a plus.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, GMP, FDA regulations, or other medical industry standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CAD software, or statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali (relocation assistance may be provided).
