Responsibility
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances, in compliance with local and international codes.
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced tools and techniques, providing effective and long-lasting solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure plumbing systems integrate seamlessly with project designs.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential problems and mitigate risks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute plumbing work accurately.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards.
- Provide cost estimates for materials and labor, and maintain detailed records of work performed.
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls promptly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a licensed or certified Plumber, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials, including copper, PVC, and PEX piping.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment (e.g., pressure gauges, leak detectors).
- Valid plumbing license or certification (preferred but not mandatory for highly skilled candidates).
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Bali as needed.
