Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics on a variety of motorcycle models.
- Repair and replace faulty components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Conduct test rides to verify repairs and ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed, parts used, and labor hours.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs clearly to clients.
- Stay updated on the latest motorcycle technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to manage workflow and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and workshop standards to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Motorcycle Mechanic or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle systems, including engines, suspension, and electrical components.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and specialized motorcycle repair equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid motorcycle repair certification or vocational training (e.g., ASE or equivalent) is a plus.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy parts and work in various positions for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
