Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Isuzu vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with the workshop team to prioritize and complete service tasks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all service and repair work, including parts used and labor hours.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and apprentices.
- Assist in inventory management of workshop tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain service requirements and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance, preferably with Isuzu vehicles.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for vehicle troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in commercial vehicles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
