Responsibility
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines to prevent downtime.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and products as required for production.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and report malfunctions to the maintenance team.
- Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) usage.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface operation.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing production schedules.
