Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain electronic equipment and systems in a manufacturing setting.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty electronic components, circuits, and machinery.
- Calibrate and test electronic instruments to meet precision standards.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and technical issues in detailed reports.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations for electronic and electrical systems.
- Train junior technicians and provide technical support to production staff.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electronics Technician in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, PCB assembly, and testing equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters).
- Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Hands-on experience with soldering, wiring, and system integration.
- Familiarity with industrial automation systems (PLCs, HMIs) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
