Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, and implement effective repair solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections of production equipment to identify potential failures and proactively address them.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot technical problems and minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts usage, and service reports.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new machinery and automation components.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and operational staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial automation environment.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance tools, diagnostic equipment, and CMMS software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules and adapt to evolving production demands.
