Responsibility
- Perform precise electromechanical assembly of components, sub-assemblies, and final products according to engineering specifications.
- Conduct functional testing and quality inspections to ensure products meet industry and company standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in assembled units, implementing corrective repairs as needed.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions to guide assembly processes.
- Maintain accurate production records, logs, and documentation for traceability and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize assembly workflows and improve efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) guidelines in all operational tasks.
- Assist in equipment calibration and preventive maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electromechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, multimeters).
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits, mechanical systems, and PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation (e.g., blueprints, BOMs, SOPs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a commitment to quality and safety.
