Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation for all performed work, including parts used and time spent.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot operational issues and recommend improvements for efficiency and safety.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment and systems.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
Qualifications
- A diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, PLCs, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment for maintenance and repair tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Willingness to work in shift-based or on-call schedules as required.
