Responsibility
- Assemble and test semiconductor components and machinery according to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Perform precision adjustments and calibrations on assembly equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct quality inspections and troubleshoot issues to maintain production efficiency and minimize defects.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to implement process improvements and enhance productivity.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes, test results, and equipment maintenance records.
- Adhere to workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Operate and maintain assembly tools, machinery, and testing equipment in a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in training programs and continuous learning initiatives to stay updated on industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in machine assembly, semiconductor manufacturing, or a similar technical role is an advantage but not mandatory (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, precision instruments, and assembly equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
