Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and hospitality properties.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform diagnostics to identify issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and other technicians to complete installations on time and within budget.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and hazards.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their electrical needs with professionalism and expertise.
- Document work performed, including reports on repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Electrician/Technician in residential, commercial, or hospitality settings.
- Valid electrical certification or license (e.g., SIKL, SKTT, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
