Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
- Repair or replace defective components, parts, or systems to restore functionality.
- Conduct regular calibration and testing of equipment to meet industry and safety standards.
- Document maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery or system upgrades.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical circuits.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
