Responsibility
- Develop and implement QA/QC policies and procedures in accordance with ISO standards and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of mechanical systems, components, and construction processes to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Identify and document non-conformities, deviations, and defects, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues and ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance certificates.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of mechanical systems to ensure they meet design and operational requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and reduce risks.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on QA/QC standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality management systems, and mechanical engineering principles.
- Experience with inspection tools, testing equipment, and quality control methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Certification in QA/QC or related fields is a plus.
