Responsibility
- Install, set up, and commission new semiconductor inspection equipment at customer sites.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Document service activities, including reports and maintenance logs.
- Provide training to end-users on equipment operation and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Travel to various client locations across Bali as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor equipment or electronics is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at client locations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali.
