Responsibility
- Develop and maintain BIM models for architectural and structural systems using Autodesk Revit.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues between disciplines.
- Generate and manage construction documents, including drawings, schedules, and 3D visualizations.
- Implement BIM execution plans (BEP) and standards to streamline project workflows.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure models meet industry and company standards.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM tools and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM trends, software updates, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a BIM Engineer, with a focus on Architectural and Structural Systems.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture & Structure) is mandatory.
- Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, building codes, and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
